       At present, industrial energy consumption in China accounts for about 70% of the total energy consumption, among which motor energy consumption accounts for about 60% to 70% of industrial energy consumption. In addition, non industrial motor energy consumption, the actual energy consumption of motors accounts for more than 50% of the total energy consumption.

       The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance will organize third-party organizations to verify the promotion information of promoting enterprises based on the financial subsidy fund application reports submitted by local energy conservation authorities and financial departments. The Ministry of Finance will settle the subsidy funds of various promotion enterprises based on the verification results.

       The notice clearly states that promoting enterprises should collect and organize product sales information as soon as possible, timely fill in relevant promotion information in the "Energy saving Product Benefiting the People Engineering Information System", prepare a financial subsidy fund application report, and submit it to the energy conservation regulatory department and financial department of the place where the enterprise is registered for review.

       The notice emphasizes that after being reviewed by the energy conservation authorities and finance departments in various regions, the clearing report of the financial subsidy funds for the shortlisted enterprises in the local area shall be submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission (Environmental Resources Department) and the Ministry of Finance (Economic and Construction Department) level by level before April 1, 2017.
