In the first half of the year, the sales revenue of motor products was 5.25 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 770 million yuan, a decrease of 12.9%; In the first half of 2015, the sales value of explosion-proof motors by industry enterprises was 5.34 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 730 million yuan. The market performance of the explosion-proof motor industry was worse than that of the motor industry.
At present, the annual demand for explosion-proof motors in China is about 20 million kW, of which high-voltage explosion-proof motors are about 7 million kW, accounting for 28% of the annual demand for explosion-proof motors; The explosion-proof motor industry market is showing a polarized trend, with high concentration in the large motor market and low concentration in the small and medium-sized motor market, resulting in fierce competition. Enterprises lack research and development capabilities, have low product technology content, and poor competitiveness. In the past two years, some enterprises have also been in a state of shutdown or semi shutdown. Industry enterprises have entered a reshuffle stage.
From the industry product statistics, the production of explosion-proof low-voltage motors accounts for 86% of the entire explosion-proof motor market, and their product efficiency meets the third level energy efficiency standard of GB18613. Meet the requirements of current standards. According to the national energy efficiency standard GB18613, the efficiency index of the motor in July 2016 must meet the requirements of level 2 energy efficiency.
At present, the explosion-proof motor branch has organized industry backbone forces to complete the development of YBX3 series products and passed industry appraisal. Industry enterprises are currently digesting the production stage.
